Your physical foundation. Exercise, nutrition, and rest aren't luxuries — they're the engine everything else runs on. Show up for your body and it shows up for the work.
Most CEOs are crushing it in one area of life while quietly unraveling in the others. This 10-minute experience changes that — and gives you a real picture of where you actually stand.
10 minutes · No fluff · Real clarity
True fulfillment comes from four pillars working together — not just one. Most high achievers are unknowingly neglecting three while they maximize the fourth.
Your physical foundation. Exercise, nutrition, and rest aren't luxuries — they're the engine everything else runs on. Show up for your body and it shows up for the work.
Making time to quiet your mind. Reading, meditation, prayer, reflection — whatever centers you. Intentionality doesn't happen by accident. It happens in the stillness you protect.
The relationships that actually matter. Family, friends, colleagues, community. Most leaders tend to 150 contacts but neglect the 10 who would go to bat for them. Build those.
Wealth creation and career development. Not just making money — managing it with intention so it works in service of your goals, your family, and the legacy you're building.
Before you build a vision, get honest about your energy. Which activities drain you, which are neutral, and which ones light you up? This is your superpower map.
Drains you — tasks you dread
Neutral — gets done, that's it
Lights you up — time flies
Select the 3 values that genuinely energize you, inspire you, and reflect who you want to be. These become your compass — the filter for every decision that matters.
Be ruthlessly honest. Describe where you actually are today in each pillar — not where you want to be, not where you used to be. You can't close a gap you haven't named.
In 12 months, what does your ideal state look like in each pillar? Write it in the present tense — as if it's already true. Don't edit yourself yet.
Give yourself credit where it's due. In each pillar, what's already moving in the right direction — habits, relationships, routines, or systems that are actually holding?
Now the hard part. In each pillar — what's quietly holding you back? The stuff you've been hoping would fix itself. Name it clearly. This is the gap we're going to close.
In each pillar, write your honest 12-month goal. Don't filter it — just write the first thing that comes to mind. This is your baseline. We'll stretch it next.
Stop thinking about HOW. That's not the question yet. Just ask yourself: what would it look like if each of these goals was 2× bigger? Most people shrink their vision to fit their current plan. The Vision Builder breaks that pattern. Your Adventurous goal lives here — the one that's exciting and a little uncomfortable.
This is your Reach goal. The one that makes you genuinely uncomfortable — and is probably the closest thing to what you actually want. The research is consistent: people who aim at their Reach goal and break it into 90-day plans consistently surpass their original baseline. The limit was never the goal. It was the thinking.
Your Vision Builder sets the destination. This is the cadence that gets you there — every day, every week, every month. Goals without a system are just wishes.
State — "I am grateful for..." ·
Purpose — "My purpose is..." ·
Action — "Today, no matter what, I will..."
Three sentences before the day starts. Your daily anchor that keeps you grounded and on mission regardless of what the calendar throws at you.
Hurdles — What slowed you down? ·
Ahas — What did you learn? ·
Fixes — What did you do about it?
Set specific F4 goals for the week ahead. Weekly course correction before small issues become major roadblocks. This is where momentum is built or lost.
Mindset (personal & professional) ·
Ability (skills, tools, support) ·
Performance (execution & outcomes)
MAP is the rearview mirror. Milestones are the windshield. Each next step toward your Reach goal gets a due date — not a monthly slot. Because the gap between where you are and where you're going doesn't close on a calendar schedule.
